At kyDEVITIIS Collective, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Slow made designs.
Our pieces are handmade upon customer order and are usually packed for delivery between 7- 10 days once your order has been confirmed.
Please note, if the design period falls past 10 days, we will contact you via email prior.
Slow made designs take time & love which makes every piece unique and individual, no two pieces are the same. Perfectly imperfect, we believe in uniqueness, individuality, and raw beauty.
Our pieces are slow made individually. Pieces that may appear chipped, cracked or variations in colour are organic and are intentionally designed this way to ensure no two pieces are exactly the same.
Delivery.
All Australian orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post.
Australia Standard Shipping: Domestic delivery within 3-7 business days in National Metropolitan areas (Regional areas, QLD and WA orders can take slightly longer.)
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
Please note: Ottomans will be charged additional shipping and will be invoiced after you've submitted your order. Quotes vary depending on location and size.

International Shipping.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. Each item is photographed to ensure the product is in perfect condition prior to sending.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 4 days with images of your purchase and any details for review.
All returns must be approved by kyDEVITIIS Collective prior to shipping the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not damaged.

Exchange.
Unfortunately, the below items cannot be returned for exchange or refund:
Change of mind purchases.
You don't have a receipt that had been provided by kyDEVITIIS Collective.
Gift Cards.
You have purchased with a discount code of any type at any time.
Preorders.
Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated date for shipping will be listed in the details section of each product. Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.
If your order contains one or more items listed as "preorder" the whole package will be shipped when all pieces become available.
